Nurse Jeanie did not treat my daughter as a patient. She acted like she was her Grandmother. Her concern, the attention she gave, I mean, we thought we were home. The bedside manner that this nurse exhibited, I have not seen in any other hospital but here. Whenever she would tend to my child, I would relax and place my mind some place else because this lovely nurse would take her time to make my daughter comfortable and at one point when she was out of the room, my child said that the nurse acted like her maternal grandma, loving, attentive and concerned for her needs. Please don't let her retire yet. Her talents and skills are needed here. Thank you!
