Ladonna had the skills and knowledge plus she was compassionate and easy to talk to (a good listener). She spent quite a lot of time talking to me on Thursday, making me aware of the medical ramifications of pneumonia. She helped me in identifying warning signs to be aware of to prevent letting myself get this sick again (educational role) and we went over all this again on Friday with my daughter. I especially appreciate that she made me aware of the recovery time. I'm an overachiever (according to my Fitbit) so I tend to push myself rather than tuning in to listen to my body when I need to slow down. Ladonna was here for all three days of my stay. I missed her presence on Saturday.
Because of the quietness of this hospital, the excellent care I received here, the facility itself, and all your excellent staff, I would definitely want to return here in the future and prefer it to a larger hospital!
