I am writing to tell you how much I appreciate the excellence of the care my mom received from TMMC. After a horrible experience with a different hospice agency, I was lucky enough to speak with Karen at your Hospice. She completely understood my concerns and from that moment, until my mom's death was absolutely professional, warm, caring, intelligent, efficient, reliable and just a joy to work with. I was very skeptical that promises made would be delivered. They were not only delivered, they were delivered with grace and sensitivity.

Karen was the mainstay of our team. I so appreciated that when the physician came to visit he had totally absorbed all the information not only about my mother, but about me as well. I, again, credit her with giving him all the information he needed. Thank you so very much again. Torrance Memorial Hospice turned a miserable situation into one that, despite the known and sad outcome, helped my mom, my family, and our outstanding caregiver from "Home Instead" get through those last difficult days.
