... I was surprised when Robert explained the lab tests they would be running. In all my years of going to the ER, I have NEVER had a nurse explain tests or why they are taking them. He explained that they would grow cultures and how that would determine what kind of antibiotics they would use. He explained that this would take a few days but it would let them know if they had made the right decision. Robert explained several other tests they would be running and why. He also told us there was a test that showed that I have not been getting enough oxygen and that was why I was here. His bedside manner was really pleasant. Great sense of humor, great knowledge and great in making a patient feel I came to the right place! Thank you Robert!
