Bea cared more than any other nurse I've met. For two days, she was like a sister to me, caring for my mother. I was returning from the cafeteria and she stopped me in the hallway (called me by name) to explain what she had done while I was away. When mom was transferred to the 2nd floor, she offered to accompany us and arranged her care of the other patients in order to be free to do that, which was a great comfort to mother. She always greeted us by name. She was very professional and thorough in her medical care and remembered questions or concerns we needed to ask the Doctor. She reminded us of the questions when the Doctor came. It was like the answers to our questions meant as much to her as they did to us!
