Grace is an outstanding RN, very competent in all areas and aspects of nursing. Her approach to the care of complex pain medicine clinic patients is unmatched! She demonstrates the "TLC" that is often needed to care for the chronic pain patient population. She is always willing to go the extra mile to achieve the clinical objective and overall patient experience and satisfaction. Grace is an excellent team player and one that you would want to be on your team. Her vast medical knowledge is exemplified on many tough clinic scenarios that have come to play since she has worked in the pain center.

Grace follows the organizations Healthy 100 principles by bringing in new healthy food options for us to try. She coordinates all of the staff birthday celebrations. She is very proactive in reviewing the clinic flow to ensure that the department runs smoothly. Physicians and patients request her by name to assist and provide the care that is needed for them. She goes out of her way to make post visit calls to ensure that they had a great patient experience and clinical outcome. We all love having her as part of our team.
