Cindy portrays the type of nurse that others strive to be. She consistently provides exemplary nursing care and is a leader who shows compassion and kindness in her work. She has great critical thinking skills and is always willing to find the answer to any problem. Cindy arrives at work with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
