I have never been treated with such care and respect after having a baby as I received from Jessica. She never made me feel like my requests were too much. I felt like I actually mattered to her while she was my nurse. It's hard enough dealing with everything after a C-section, but she made my stay so comfortable and smooth.
This was my 3rd C-section and honestly has been the best recovery and care I've ever received from beginning to end. Jessica has made my appreciation for nurses even greater. I don't have one negative thing I could say about her! I just want to thank and acknowledge the outstanding care that she provides.
Thank you for not making me feel less than the next person. Thank you for accepting and understanding every request. Thank you for actually listening to me and making me feel heard. You are greatly appreciated, and your efforts never went unnoticed by me. You were wonderful.
