Meredith is an extraordinary nurse. She has a passion for the care of her patients and their family members. Her smile and heart are one hundred percent true to all her patients. She gave such loving care and spoke from her heart when caring for me. When I became depressed she offered her kind heart and words to cheer me up and gave extra information on consulting with a psychiatrist. This was my first surgery on my back and she went overboard to make sure everything was one hundred percent. She has a beautiful smile and even cracked jokes to make sure we were happy. Meredith knew exactly what to say and do. She is a number one nurse for everything she has done. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. Meredith's heart is here for her patients. Her care for her job is an example of pure love, support, friendship and she is such a leader and an awesome trooper. She makes you feel like her family. Palmetto Health Richland should be very proud of Meredith. She is a beautiful young lady on the inside and out. Way to go, Meredith!
