Cindy is a wonderful person to work with. She is always smiling, cheerful, and encouraging. When I was new to this unit she was my preceptor. She was so helpful getting me acclimated to the unit. She made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I have seen her at the bedside of many anxious patients who were awaiting surgery and she has made so many feel calm. She is always quick to help others and takes on many roles in our unit that no one wants. She has made birthday cakes for staff and organized many unit celebrations. She is an absolute joy to work with and she puts everyone around her at ease. She is kind to her coworkers and patients. She is a blessing to all she encounters! She has a kind and gentle nature. I am thankful to have the opportunity to work with her.
