Shannon is a fantastic nurse. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure my mom received the best care. Shannon worked with the Neuro doctor for my mom's back surgery, and he checked on us at least once a day, sometimes more, staying as long as we needed him to be there. He answered all of our questions and explained what the next steps would be.
When my mom developed lung complications, Shannon was extraordinary, making sure the CT scan happened and personally being present for the scan. He even used an ultrasound to find the best vein to use on my mom. Shannon uses his knowledge to teach the other nurses in the room. Shannon is friendly and compassionate, and he made us feel like my mom was the most important patient to him. We think that Shannon is the best.
