I feel Alison Huaman is compassionate, caring, and very attentive. She shows a strong sense of urgency when tending to her patients and is very responsive. In just a couple of hours after meeting her, I trusted that my dad was in good hands.
My dad was admitted to Martin Health system for a kidney stone. My dad is 80 and has always been in good health. We were very worried and concerned and needed a lot of reassurance. We voiced our concern to Alison, and she went out of her way to make him comfortable and to assure us he was ok. She even got the doctor on her phone for us; she put him on speaker so he could talk to us and let us use her phone. Everything we requested was taken care of quickly and caringly. The biggest thing that impresses me about Alison is her demeanor. She is kind and thoughtful and her genuine smile reinforces it.
I have been in many hospitals, as I have many health issues. I must say that overall Martin Health System is the most welcoming of all. Everyone was pleasant and I was so glad that this was where my dad was treated. Thank you for doing such a great job of fostering such a wonderful work environment that brings out the best in the employees like Alison.
