Nikki has been so very supportive of my daughter. Nikki has been so helpful and understanding. She really understands patient care. Nikki makes sure that she has everything she needs mind, spirit, and body. She washed out my daughter's hair, which was filled with blood, and has been able to make her smile in a difficult situation. She listened to all her concerns and really showed compassion and understanding. An issue was brought up to her attention and she quickly had it addressed. Nikki spent time running back and forth to get supplies due to her injury. She also helped with the police investigation. She is so hardworking and caring. She even made sure that she had her favorite food and was always smiling.

I have had multiple hospital stays. Nikki has by far exceeded the nurse duties. She provided comfort when I was alone with multiple injuries. She took time to ensure my wounds were tended to. Her care for my stab wounds was gentle and efficient. I felt completely safe when she was around, and I could express my wide range of emotions. She went above and beyond regarding my hygiene needs. She washed my hair and continuously fixed my socks. She was always on time for my pain management and prepared smoothies for me to ensure I got some nutrition. I will always remember her kindness, and attention to detail.
