Ginna has been a treasure to UWMC and for many years has shown her dedication, love, and passion as the RN3 for the Lactation department for MBU and NICU. She spear-headed the baby friendly initiative and continues to make sure UWMC maintains this status. She works tirelessly to share her knowledge about breastfeeding with her fellow RNs and patients.
Ginna has a gentle way of working with her patients that allows them to feel comfortable with breastfeeding. She always brings a positive attitude and compassion that is felt unit wide. Ginna is an outstanding role model and is a true DAISY Nurse. Congratulations, Ginna!
