I have been a practicing Orthopedic Surgeon for 20 years and have been working with Nancy for almost 5 years. She is an outstanding nurse! She optimizes the core values of a nurse by demonstrating compassion and respect for the inherent dignity, worth, and uniqueness for every patient. She is highly intelligent yet demure, but never afraid to speak up when it is in the best interest and care for the patient. She is always prepared and has an amazing ability to anticipate the needs of any surgical case.
