Kim LaBelle is kind, compassionate, and passionate about the care she provides, as evidenced by a letter I received from a patient's mother. Kim is the "pied piper of E3," always decorating for every season, making the environment welcoming to staff and visitors. Here is the letter submitted by a family member:

"I am so grateful for the wonderful staff here. They have taken amazing care of my son during our unexpected overnight stay, and in my opinion, have gone out of their way to make it as comfortable as possible for both of us. Since being in his room on 3 East, Kim has done an OUTSTANDING job at answering all of our questions and making sure my son is comfortable. She is truly a professional, a nurse from the heart, and is a gift for the patients here. Thank you!"
