My mother was in the hospital during the fall. She received excellent care from all of her nurses but Cathy went above and beyond. She became a part of our family. Not only did Cathy show excellent knowledge but extraordinary compassion. It has been my experience that you can teach an individual knowledge but not compassion. Cathy and my mom hit it off from the very beginning. She has a way of making you feel like you are the most important person in the world. I am one of those daughters that you had to convince me that you had my mother's best care at heart. I always felt when Cathy was on I could get much needed rest. Getting to know her made our stay in the hospital much more bearable.
