I would be shocked if you remember me. My wife and I delivered our daughter in 2010 at LAH. I wanted to tell you how much of an impression you left on me during my visit. I hadn't slept in 40+ hours after our daughter was born and could not figure out how to get the chair to turn into the bed. You not only helped, but went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. It made a very long experience into a very memorable one.
