"Robert is a wonderful nurse and a wonderful person. When he was taking care of my mother-in-law, he always kept us informed of her health. He was always in her room if she needed something. Keeping family members informed of the patient's progress is very important since family cannot always be in the patient room. He was great to keep us informed."
