Unfortunately our son was born with some minor respiratory complications that resulted in him staying in the NICU. Though this was stressful, my wife and I were able to remain calm because Lindsay took the time to explain what was going on, in terms that I could easily understand. She continually displayed that she was highly skilled at her job and respected by other staff members. Every staff member that interacted with Lindsay commented on how amazing she is to work with, and I completely agree from a patient's perspective.

Words could not express the appreciation we have for employees like Lindsay who go out of their way to perform their job with excellence. Lindsay quickly proved that she is an exceptional nurse who meets all criteria for a DAISY Award. I could not have asked for a better nurse during a very stressful time.
