On Friday my wife was taken to the emergency room at UMCB because of a fall at home. After treatment in the ER, she was transferred to a different unit. During the next three days, her nurse was Lili. Prior to this, my wife, son, and I have been in the Seton hospitals periodically from 1972 until the current date. My wife has had many hospital stays. On that day, one of our nurses was Lili and her ability and skill became evident real soon. Out of every nurse my family has had in all of our experiences in hospitals, she impressed us because of her compassion for us and the friendly care she provided.

I learned that Lili trains and assists other new nurses to become top notch nurses and caregivers. The quality of any profession depends on great training on the job. We believe from our experience at being a patient that we know a special professional nurse when she is our nurse. Lili made a lasting impression on us forever. Every patient needs a Lili for their nurse while in the hospital.
