Tracey is a very skilled nurse and case manager for Bryan employees. She cares for them just like other nurses care for patients. She provides employees with complete information about their medical leave, STD benefits and Workers Compensation benefits...all of which are different. She has the ability to make the employees and their families feel comfortable with the process. In spite of the variety of nursing responsibilities that pulls her in many directions at once, she consistently maintains a calm approach and provides great customer service to all of her customers.

While Tracey maintains her nursing visits daily for our employees in the Employee Health Clinic, she achieves the highest respect to her injured/sick clients who are out on leave. This includes either leave for themselves and/or a family member. Tracey has recently, and many times in the past, had diverse cases where she involves the entire family.

A contract employee wrote: "I checked my BP in the cafeteria and it and my heart rate were elevated. I thought I should have it checked by an RN. I walked to Employee Health and met Tracey. She was lovely and checked me right away. She quickly assessed my situation and offered suggestions. She contacted the ED and before I knew it, I was being safely whisked away in a wheelchair pushed by Tracey to the ED. She was lovely, calming and reassuring. I am nominating her for professionalism and rapid response."
