I was greeted with Marissa as my nurse. She was so kind and friendly. Marissa made me feel so happy and very comfortable like I was at home. She checked on me often to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything to make me feel comfortable. I was told my daughter would not be able to stay overnight in the room with me, due to sharing a room with another patient.
Marissa's kind warm heart went above and beyond to accommodate my personal request and moved me into another room (single) for her to stay with me. This to me meant everything and I will forever be grateful for that kind gesture. Its simple gestures like this make a special nurse. It made my stay here at Kaiser Hospital joyful due to the circumstances. Thank you so very, very much!!!
