My mom has been in ICU for one week. Every nurse has been excellent. Andrew just stood out with his humble and gentle nature. He listened and made sure we were satisfied. He has been super thorough. When my mom started regressing she needed surgery only 3 days after her 1st. Andrew made every effort to not only know the details of her current health but also about her personality. He even asked If I was getting my sleep. He had compassion for my family and me. He called me when she needed her next surgery. As I sat in the waiting area alone I thought how great it would be if Andrew would be there to listen and talk to me through that long time of waiting and uncertainty. He is one of a kind.
