Krasnobay-Oganezov
,
RN
James J. Peters VA Medical Center
Olga was incredibly understanding, compassionate, and personable, making what is a stressful situation for those in it much more palatable.
She is an RN who has worked doing entry screening in the last months and who I most recently encountered at the mobile van.
This RN, Olga, has an exceptionally congenial manner with all of us employees and our veterans, and she is also very careful- the perfect combination of making people feel comfortable, respected, and motivated to comply, and being effective in screening. When she was doing screening more often, I always noted her ability to connect with people and make them feel at ease. Almost 3 weeks ago, I also had the occasion to encounter Olga at the mobile van because I told the screeners that I had a fever. Olga was incredibly professional and her decision-making, as well as adherence to protocol, was on point, and at the same time, she was incredibly understanding, compassionate, and personable, making what is a stressful situation for those in it much more palatable. In my case, I was indeed positive, and I am very grateful to her for how smoothly she handled my case.
I just wanted to make sure that her excellent work is recognized, particularly as she really stands out among the set of employees who have been conducting screening outside.
