Krystal, my first overnight nurse I found to be outstanding. She was quite skillful in developing a comfortable rapport with me.
After numerous questions regarding my condition and overall health, she was able to have me "open up' about a particular difficulty I've been dealing with at home for a number of years.
Often, just having someone listen to you express a difficulty in your personal life helps to lighten the load even if it just temporarily. Krystal seemed to know and encouraged me to "let it all out."
I found her insight unusual for someone her youth. I am 79 and have grandchildren older than her.
In my view, Krystal is wise beyond her years and has a level of maturity rarely witnessed in someone her age.
You'll want to keep eye on her and guide her in her career.
I predict she's destined to be one of your best.
