Linda was our nurse during our time of a scheduled induction. Our first impression of Linda was this nurse is going to be great, she is going to take care of us. Her big friendly and caring personality was contagious to us as we went through a new experience as new parents. This brought a sense of comfort and peace to the stay knowing Linda would explain things thoroughly, do it with love and grace while also keeping it fun and personable. She was so easy to talk to! And most importantly she never seemed too busy. And she cared for us from her heart and from her intuition as a caregiver. She made us feel like she was our wise mom, doing whatever she could to set her new children up for success as parents. It was never about the computer or technology or what systems could do this or do that. Linda cared for us using over 35+ years of experience following her heart and her experience to not only medically care for us in the right way but emotionally. She connected with us beyond the basic experience of a medical situation. She emotionally connected with us to help us know she's got us and it's going to be just fine! I am a professional in healthcare administration and our world more and more becomes influenced by systems and technology. And while they can absolutely provide value and improve care, nothing can beat humans who want to take care of others. That's the foundation of healthcare and what God calls those in the field to do. And Linda was our sign from God as our angel during our birth. Thank you, Linda.
