I have been working with Nisha for almost 4 years. All nurses are awesome, but Nisha is exceptional. She always focuses on all patients' safety. She is maintaining her professionalism in each step. She is highly knowledgeable, highly efficient in assessing and critical thinking. Always helping all other nurses on the floor. Nisha considers all of our patients as her assignments. She acts as an advocate for patient safety, a very efficient preceptor, and my role model. I am honestly lucky to work with her.

I have known Nisha for over eight years now and she is a true DAISY Nurse. I first met her as my preceptor when I was hired as a new grad nurse to 4 Monti. I always say that Nisha is one of the key individuals who made me the nurse I am today. Since then, I have overseen Nisha as her ANM and now her educator. As an ANM, I was approached by multiple patients and family members who provided feedback about what a great job Nisha does in caring for them. She has always been a role model for me and is always willing to help her co-workers before they ask for assistance. As a liaison, I have seen Nisha advocate for patients' emergencies and escalate concerns immediately to maintain patient safety. She welcomes all patients with a bright smile and they even comment on how she is always smiling. Nursing is truly a calling and Nisha is the epitome of what a nurse should be.
