I cannot overstate how fortunate I was to have Joy as my nurse during my stay. My situation was mentally challenging to deal with and the added layer of no visitors/restrictions due to COVID made it exponentially tougher for me. Joy was able to make me feel comfortable and cared for to the highest degree. She exuded a positive mindset which was a driving force in my mental energy. She was beyond compassionate and always made sure to clearly educate me on what treatments I was receiving and answer all my questions. Her care for me felt like the care of a family member and I will be forever grateful.
