Resourceful - Helps teach CCRT and IABP to new employees, takes on a high acuity patient assignment to off-load peers.
Advocate - Escalated patient and family concerns to Charge Nurse and Social Worker to prevent any harm to the patient.
Engagement - An active member of the Unit Customer Satisfaction Committee and helps to motivate the team.
Mildred is competent and compassionate in all the care she provides to her patients, families, and team members.
