Elizabeth "Liz" Bolden has proven herself to be a true leader amongst our team - always reliable and trustworthy while providing training and orientation to all of our new Inpatient Team RN staff members. She is highly-skilled and knowledgeable about all aspects of nursing, having previously practiced for years in different patient care settings throughout several AHC locations.
Elizabeth provides care to all of our patients with kindness, compassion, and respect. Her attention to detail and critical-thinking skills help to identify and quickly solve problems to help improve protocols and patient care.
I can recall a time in August 2020, Elizabeth was scheduled to work one day but had to stay home with one of her children who were ill. I asked for assistance with a patient and their medications from other RN team members that were on-site and there was no follow-through. Elizabeth dropped everything and left her family to come to my AHC location, just to assist me and our patient. Elizabeth exemplifies the epitome of TEAM - never hesitating to assist other team members and works fluidly with patients, families and with other interdisciplinary team members. Elizabeth is an asset and she is valued and with every interaction she has, she ensures that you know that you are an asset and valued too! Well done, Elizabeth Bolden!
