From the moment I arrived after my surgery, Tomeka Jones was welcoming and friendly. As a nurse myself, I'm usually uneasy when I am the patient. I felt 100% at ease with her skill and knowledge. I have had several surgeries at 5 different hospitals and this has been my best experiences.
Right away Tomeka worked with me to determine my pain medication needs and she scheduled giving medication so that I was never in pain. Not only that, but she made sure the schedule was followed and passed along to the night shift. I enjoyed watching how the staff made their work seem fun and how well everyone worked together. Tomeka made me feel that this was a great place to be a patient as well as a great place to work!
