Lisa serves endless hours and goes above and beyond in her many roles
Lisa Jasin brings many gifts to the Dayton community as a nurse and as a leader. In 2014, Lisa took Brigid’s Path from an idea to a reality in just three years. Working collaboratively with others, Lisa created a home-like, family-centered setting to provide one-on-one, compassionate care for newborn babies as they go through withdrawal from prenatal substance exposure.
Not only does Lisa serve as a role model for the nursing profession, but she is also a leader in the community. Lisa worked with Dayton Children’s Hospital and many other community partners to make Brigid’s Path a reality.
After three years in operation, Lisa continues to serve as the Clinical Director for Brigid’s Path. The pandemic has created many operational challenges for Brigid’s Path, but Lisa has never stopped leading the team to provide the best care for babies and families. She continues to create an encouraging environment where people can learn and grow.
While serving as an integral member of the Brigid’s Path team, Lisa also continues to provide care as a Nurse Practitioner in the Dayton Children’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, the Clinical Director of the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Program in the College of Nursing at Wright State University, and mentors many students across the community.
Lisa serves endless hours and goes above and beyond in her many roles. She always demonstrates a commitment to the highest standards in nursing. Brigid’s Path, Dayton Children’s Hospital, and the Dayton community are blessed that Lisa is so committed to our babies and families.
