I am a nurse. I have very high expectations for the delivery of care for all patients, their families, and loved ones. My sweet Dad fell at Bickford and suffered a fractured right hip from the fall. He was admitted and taken to 3400 hall.

While all of the staff have been extremely helpful, Stacey went above and beyond to offer her support, nursing expertise, and simply to take time to listen and guide our family through some difficult decisions.

I watched as she educated the nursing student on IV administration. Although she was very busy, she took the time to educate and teach the nurses of the future. She asked numerous times if any of my family needed anything to help us feel comfortable.

In a time when fear is ever so present due to the pandemic in addition to other co-morbidities and diagnoses, having a professional exhibit compassion in combination with quality nursing skills and excellence is admirable and appreciated.

Sincere thanks and praise to Stacey and the team on 3400 for your tender care for my Dad. Job well done.
