Caryl Joseph has a very positive attitude toward servicing our members with compassionate and extraordinary care! Our members love her for the time and patience she dedicates when she is taking care of them. Caryl has shared that “she understands our fragile and elderly patient population and thus takes the time in listening to their needs”. Caryl has shown in the years of service with our department that she is a true patient advocate. She always takes that extra time and goes above and beyond with every encounter to meet the needs of our patient population.

Caryl has a special gift of listening, reassuring, and putting patients at ease with every procedure. She makes sure that members feel that they are getting the excellent compassionate care that they deserve from the time they get brought into our clinic until the time of discharge from our clinic. She interacts positively and professionally with all providers and her peers on an everyday basis. She is highly thought of by our Chief and providers as being a compassionate, responsible, and caring nurse. She takes her job very seriously and commits to serving every member with a smile. She has positively influenced our nurses by sharing her knowledge and is well-liked by them. She is truly an asset to our organization and foremost to our department.
