As a charge nurse, I feel like I can always go to Jenna for advice and direction.
It's wonderful having a manager who cares so much about her staff. Jenna has the ability to listen to all of our needs and encourages us to make and follow personal and professional goals. As a manager, she usually is called into situations where she has to talk with patients after cancellations or delays and her down-to-earth approach and honesty help these patients feel like their needs and concerns are not only heard but also cared for.
As a charge nurse, I feel like I can always go to Jenna for advice and direction. I feel so lucky and privileged to have her as a leader and I am so glad that she has enough respect and trust in her staff that she doesn't feel like we have to be micromanaged. Her communication skills and leadership skills make SPH DS the best job I have ever had.
Jenna is an amazing leader. She handles stressful situations well, is very good at communicating with her employees, and maintains a positive and professional attitude. I have really enjoyed working under her as a team member and know that she always has my best interest at heart. I couldn't imagine working for anyone else!
Jenna is a very hard worker who is a great problem solver and has everyone's best interest at heart. She runs 2 busy depts and keeps up with the huge number of details to attend to every day. Jenna is very receptive and enthusiastic to excel in her position.
