I would like to thank both Gabriela and the other person for their continued support and professionalism along with their caring.
Dr. S is my gastroenterologist who referred me to obtain infusion treatments with the Cleveland Clinic. I used to visit your infusion treatment department years ago and then again starting over a year ago. I live about a 45-50 minute drive each way for me to obtain infusion treatments. I enjoy the drive, but I would never take an early morning appointment as it interferes with my workday, and I would have to compete with morning rush hour traffic. I have been consistent in coming in at 2 pm on Fridays every 8 weeks.
I had a visit with your infusion treatment department. I made the next two appointments with P. She gave me my appointment dates. My biggest mistake was not asking for a printout or an appointment card as written proof.
On Friday, I had arrived for my infusion treatment appointment without any concern. I was told my appointment was at 8 am. I said I want to speak with Gabriela in the infusion treatment department. I waited until 3:15 pm when Gabriela brought me back to her infusion treatment department.
She and another both supported me in a professional and caring way as they always do. Before I went back with Gabriela, I felt as though I should get my next appointments in writing (including my next appointment that was already made) with P. If there was a mistake, let it be in writing. She already had scheduled and printed out a list of appointments for me like I normally am scheduled for. I would like to thank both Gabriela and the other person for their continued support and professionalism along with their caring. They understood I live far away and have never come for an infusion treatment so early in the morning and still made time by getting me in for my treatment. They went the extra mile and stayed late for me to receive my full treatment. I felt bad they did that, but that’s the reason why I travel to your Weston office. When you feel a comfort level with caring people, you don’t change that. I appreciate their continued support.
