Michele addressed all my needs and never left me waiting or wondering what was next.
Michele is very professional and very attentive. I was scared to death to be in the hospital. Michele made me feel comfortable and confident about my procedure. She is an excellent care provider. I felt at ease being in her care. She has an exceptional attitude, and it is clear that she loves her job. Michele always kept me informed about my medications; she gave me options for pain relief, and she carefully explained everything to me. She made me feel like I was her only patient. (I knew this was not the case. She was the supervisor over the weekend.) Michele addressed all my needs and never left me waiting or wondering what was next. I felt at home while I was at St. Vincent Hospital. Michele made a very worried patient feel safe and I knew I was in good hands while she was my nurse. I feel so lucky to have Michele as my nurse while I was in the Hospital. Thank you, Michele, for the amazing care!
