My husband was admitted to the hospital when he thought he had hemorrhoid problems. When he would complain, the nurses would give him Tucks. Not Andrew, he checked it out. He immediately got the doctor to look at it and within less than 1 hour he had a CT scan and was taken to emergency surgery. The doctor told me if he had waited until the morning my husband would probably have died. Andrew met me at the door and took me to the surgery waiting room, brought me a blanket, water, and pillow, checked on me as often as he could, gave me his phone number so I could call if I needed anything. He got me a room at Carle Guest House, answered all my questions. He puts everything he has into his job. He saved my husband’s life by listening to my husband and to me as an advocate. Andrew would explain (so I could understand) what was going on. I cannot say enough about all he has done for us. Thank you, Andrew! Be blessed! Even through COVID he had time for my husband!
