Crystal was so kind to return my call to assist me in finding a facility for my daughter, that was visiting from Texas, to be seen for an urgent OB sonogram. My daughter is an IVF patient that was having issues and her OB in Texas told her to find a place to get a sonogram. Crystal was so kind to call back to check on her to make sure she was seen even though my daughter was not a patient in her practice. We appreciated her follow-up and her concern.
