Kay is the most caring, knowledgeable, outstanding, skillful, compassionate nurse to every single one of the patients.
I have been going to the infusion center for several years and I have known Kay ever since. She is the most caring, knowledgeable, outstanding, skillful, compassionate nurse to every single one of the patients. I have also observed her being an outstanding supervisor to her team members. That says a lot about her because for as long as I have been going there, all the nurses are outstanding. Kay has made the infusion center absolutely wonderful. It’s tough having to go to the hospital frequently for infusions, but it is nurses like Kay who make you so very comfortable and at home, that make it so much easier to be there. Kay treats each patient as if they were family. She takes time to listen, makes sure patients are all safe, taken care of, and educated about any questions or concerns they may have. She is excellent with every patient and team member and is very deserving of this recognition.
