Dawn is quick, observant, and able to handle many tasks at once.
My mother was moved from the ICU to the third floor and then to the second floor. Dawn was the one who made it a smooth transition, taking extra time to make sure her linens were clean. My mom and I immediately felt Dawn's care and wonderful bedside manner. I felt mom was in excellent hands! Dawn is quick, observant, and able to handle many tasks at once. No matter the fast pace, or stressful situation that arose, Dawn always was calm and loving when she spoke to my mother and when she administered care. She has years of experience and she is an awesome nurse! Sentara Albemarle is lucky to have her!
