Jessica has a passion for what she does, and I was a witness to it.
This was the 2nd surgery to my right hand and being older I was concerned/scared. However, right away Jessica introduced herself with such professionalism and compassion that it set my fear at bay. She explained everything before doing it and always giving me the chance to ask questions, making sure I understood. She was gentle while packing the sock especially the IV; literally painless. Her 25 years of dedication to her career at McAllen Medical is to be recognized. She has a passion for what she does, and I was a witness to it. She’s an asset to the profession and hospital. “Sweet as Maple Syrup”.
