Keirsten got very personal with us by sharing her journey as a mother of four children. That created a sense of comfort and care for us.
We were so privileged to have Keirsten two nights in a row. Not only was Keirsten prompt when we paged her, but she also always managed to find more things to help us with whenever she visited us. I loved her willingness to not just take care of what patients communicated but to go above and beyond that. As new parents, we do not know what the infant needs/wants and the attention around the newborn's surroundings. Keirsten got very personal with us by sharing her journey as a mother of four children. That created a sense of comfort and care for us. We still use Kiersten’s burping methods on our newborn each day -- making us remember our time in her care. Keirsten has definitely made our stay at VHC more enjoyable when she offered to watch the baby for a few hours at night so that we can catch some much-needed sleep. To sum it up, I think her level of intuition in reading what is needed is unmatched. To couple that with her excellent customer service skills we had ourselves a very dependable nurse at hand.
