Melissa was extremely loving and compassionate and put me at ease.
There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful Melissa has been as my nurse. This was my first time having a baby, or even a big surgery, so I had a lot of anxiety. Melissa took care of me (and my family) for two days after an unplanned C-section and she was amazing. Melissa was extremely loving and compassionate and put me at ease. She made it very clear that she was my advocate and did everything she could to help me in my recovery. I'm not sure if post-partum nurses have more than one patient, but she made me feel like her only one. She rounded on me often, helped me complete tasks, asked and answered questions. and never once made me feel like a bother. She is special and you can tell she loves her job. I feel lucky to have had her as my nurse.
