Harold is hard working person, active, professional, and has a respectful manner. He creates good relationships when dealing with patients. Patients and staff feel safe and comfortable around him. He works beyond his tasks as he extends more hours at work, he never leaves an area until he has completed everything, arranged, and prepared but most of all he works with a smile. He is a very skilled staff in endoscopy and he manages the whole unit operationally while preparing the department for any audits. He takes care of the patients from admission, during the procedure to discharge. He is a role model as an RN. He has demonstrated the extra mile, in terms of his abilities in clinical care and the safety of patients. He shows his willingness by accepting additional and different tasks such as Duty manager, duty coverage.
