Nurse Jennifer P. is amazing! She is cheerful, thoughtful, kind, and very compassionate. She took care of my four-year-old daughter like she was her own. As soon as I brought my daughter in, Jennifer was so focused on making her feel comfortable. Jennifer chatted with my daughter about her favorite things, talked about her daughter who is close to my daughter's age, and kept her calm and relaxed.

Jennifer explained everything she was doing, so my daughter was more willing to comply, and (she) didn't press her when she was uncomfortable. She gave my daughter stickers as soon as she was done checking her in, after searching for ones that my daughter would like best. When we had to return to splint my daughter's foot, again she was cheerful and chatted with her. She was prepared with more princess stickers and helped her pick one to stick to her bandages. She even let my daughter play on her phone while we were speaking to the doctor about her break.

While we waited for the splint to set, Jennifer continued to chat with all of us easily, relaxing our frayed nerves. When I asked my daughter what she thought of Nurse Jennifer, her face lit up, and she said, "I'd like her to come to visit me at my house." She also said she loved the stickers Jennifer chose and wanted to show Jennifer her princess stickers. Jennifer was exactly the type of healthcare provider anyone would love to have. I appreciate all she does and can't thank her enough for taking such good care of my daughter.
