Vanessa is a great team player. She has been helping me and other coworkers a lot. She is a joy to work with. She always keeps a smile on her face. I have never heard her complain even when she has a heavy busy group of patients. She loves her job and that shows. She treats all her patients with respect. She is compassionate and caring. She holds her patients' hands and actively listens to her patients by being at eye level. She is able to calm agitated confused patients. She is very strong. She always provides help with heavy patients even though they are not hers. She never says "no" when I or other coworkers ask her to help start an IV. She helps answer bed alarms, call lights. She even assists other patients whenever she can, even during shift change. She is reliable and efficient. Her caring and great attitude need to be recognized. 5E is lucky to have her.
