Mrs. Mary takes good care of all her patients, how do I know this; by the time I need my meds changed she is always on point like she knew it was finished, she came in with my fluids. She takes care of us like family, gives advice after procedures, and surgeries, with her conversations she allows us to forget we’re in the hospital even if it is for a minute or two. One word I would use for Mary is Understanding. She didn’t get upset or mad when I started to shower or when I unplugged myself from the monitor or the IV from the wall to wait for her and run (not literally) to the bathroom due to incontinence. She has staff ready for when the persons she is in charge of need them. So much to say, but so little space for all the good things I have to say about her and that is only out of 24 hours that we crossed paths. Thank you Nurse Mary for being who you are, for choosing this profession and for being such an amazing woman.
