We met Danielle when we were visiting our family member, T. We were very concerned that he would be discharged without a safe plan. Danielle was one of the first nurses who truly listened to our concerns. She followed through and collaborated with the doctors and care managers to get T the help he needed. I was so impressed with Danielle’s ability to not only care for T’s physical needs, but also for his psychosocial needs.
